Numbing Cream is used to numb the skin before PMU procedures. It works by numbing the surface of the skin for a short period of time to prevent pain.
For use on the skin BEFORE PMU procedures:
Apply the cream to the area, leave 5-15 mins.
Wipe it off before PMU procedure. DO NOT use on open skin
